The massive Made in America Festival returns to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway again this year on Labor Day weekend. Curated by Jay Z, this is the festival’s fifth year of chart-topping performers. Past acts have included mega stars like Beyoncé, The Weekend, J. Cole, Big Sean, Future, Meek Mill, Nick Jonas, and Modest Mouse.
The Benjamin Franklin Parkway, stretching from 22nd Street to Eakins Oval and the Rocky Steps, transforms into the chaotically revelrous festival grounds. Thousands of visitors descend on the Parkway for two days to enjoy music, hit the food trucks, shop for merch, and enjoy some brews from the beer gardens. The event is rain or shine, and the festival grounds open at noon each day.
